Our UN Partners have set six challenges for AI and SDGs. If you have an idea for how to tackle one of them, share it on Goodwall. If your idea is selected, you’ll receive online coaching on how to pitch your idea, and the chance to pitch to United Nations experts. The best pitches will be selected for travel stipends to join the SDG Summer School in Geneva, Switzerland.

To share your idea, follow these four simple steps:

  1. Download the Goodwall App. Fill out your Goodwall profile. Remember to include your University, your field of study, and your expected graduation date.
  2. Prepare a 30s pitch for your idea. In your Goodwall profile click on the "+" icon. Then click on the Idea icon (lightbulb). Record your 30s pitch.
  3. When you’re satisfied with the recording, click on the check mark in the upper right-hand corner. Edit the video (optional). Save the video.
  4. After saving, add  the Idea Title. Click on ‘+Keyword’ and add ‘O17 Spring 2020 Challenge #’, where # is the challenge number. Click ‘Post Idea’.

The application deadline is 9 March. We’ll get back to you by 16 March to let you know if you’re selected.
Online coaching runs over 5 weeks in March and April, 2hrs per week. Details shared with successful applicants.
